Course Detail: Trainee Diploma engineers will be selected through formal interview ( Technical competency and communication skill) Eligibility: Diploma in computer application/engineering : 3 years Diploma in Electronics and Telecom : 3 years Course ( 3 months training + 9 months internship with job rotation – Trainee will be paid during internship) First phase-- 4 weeks ( Latest theory as per IT sectors requirement) including latest product and software for installation and Maintenance of IT products . Second phase—8 weeks ( Real work in our live lab. along with our expert engineers) Third phase------Three months real work at the work place under our engineers supervision and guidance. During this period they will be receiving a fix remuneration of Rs.4500/ per month Fourth /Final phase---Next 6 months independent work in installation, configuration, Trouble shooting ,voice and data Equipments for Call centres and BPO’s. ( There will be job rotation to learn each area).During this period of 6 months they will be getting the fix remuneration of Rs 5000/ per month At the end of all the phases engineers will be placed in our IT customers or MNC’s ( mostly contact centres) and also in our organization itself .Presentlly Our engineers with 1.5 years of experience getting the salary of Rs 8000/ ---Rs 11000/ in ACCENTURE,IBM and ICICI one source etc. Other unique features · communication and soft skill · Business documentation · Logistics management FEES A one time fee of Rs. 25000/ will be charged from the candidate for the training and skill development programme during this Period ,which is much less than the company’s real training expenditure.
